These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Seasoned by P website and to orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Seasoned by P ("we," "us," or "our") is a food business located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Ordering and availability

You can order for any day the site shows as open — the Preorder Calendar and the order panels on the home page always reflect what is actually available. Each open day has a limited number of servings; once a day sells out, no further orders can be placed for that day. We may add, remove, close, or change the availability of any day or item at our discretion.

[PENDING CLIENT/LEGAL REVIEW: ordering windows. Confirm how far ahead customers may order, when each week's menu is released, and whether same-day orders are accepted and up to what cutoff time. Whatever is agreed must also match the worker's configured cutoff so the site and these Terms cannot disagree.]

Pickup only

All orders are for pickup in Little Rock, Arkansas. We do not offer delivery or shipping. Please pick up your order on the pickup day, and during the pickup time slot, that you selected at checkout. Orders not picked up on the selected day may not be held or refunded.

Prices, tax, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time you order, securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed. If we cannot process your payment, your order will not be placed. Tipping is optional, is never required, and is added by you at checkout.

[PENDING CLIENT/LEGAL REVIEW: sales tax treatment. It has not been decided whether menu prices include Arkansas state, county, city and prepared-food sales tax, or whether tax is added at checkout. Do not carry over another business's tax-inclusive statement — state whichever is actually true, and make it match what the checkout charges.]

Text messages (SMS)

Program. Seasoned by P sends transactional text messages about your order — an order confirmation, a pickup-day reminder, and a reply when you check in on arrival. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in on this website when you place an order: tick the optional "Text me about my order" checkbox below the Place Order button and provide a mobile number at checkout. The box is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you may order without it, and we will contact you by email instead.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies by order, and is typically no more than a few messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply and we are not responsible for them.

How to stop, and how to get help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us through our Contact page.

Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Privacy. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our food is prepared fresh for your selected pickup day, we generally cannot offer refunds for orders that are not picked up. If there is a problem with your order, or if we are unable to fulfill it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right — through a refund, credit, or replacement, at our reasonable discretion.

Food, allergens, and dietary needs

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or restrictions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering (including a working phone number and email so we can reach you), and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including the name, logo, text, and images — belongs to Seasoned by P and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law

[PENDING CLIENT/LEGAL REVIEW: governing law and venue. Which state's law governs these Terms, and where disputes are heard, is a legal decision. It has not been made for Seasoned by P and must not be copied from another business's terms.]

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to orders placed after that date.
