Seasoned by P ("Seasoned by P," "we," "us," or "our") is a food business in Little Rock, Arkansas. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit our website, place a pickup order, or send us a message, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order. Orders are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. During checkout, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment card details. We receive from Stripe the information needed to prepare and coordinate your order — your name, email, phone number, the items and quantities ordered, any ingredients you asked us to leave off, your selected pickup day and time, and the order total. We never receive or store your full card number; card data is handled directly by Stripe.

When you contact us or request catering. If you send us a message through the contact form, or ask for a catering quote, we collect what you put in the form — typically your name, email address, phone number, the date and headcount you're asking about, and the details of your request — so we can reply to you.

When you join a waitlist. If a day is sold out and you ask to be notified, we store the email address you give us and the day you're waiting on, so we can email you if a spot opens up.

Automatically collected. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. Your in-progress order selections are held in your browser's memory while you are on the page and are not written to your device.

How we use information

  • To prepare, fulfill, and coordinate your pickup order;
  • To contact you about your order (for example, if there is a question or an issue);
  • To answer your messages and catering requests, and follow up on them;
  • To send order confirmations and receipts;
  • To let you know when a sold-out day you asked about opens back up;
  • To keep business, accounting, and tax records; and
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

SMS/Text Messaging

If you tick the optional text-message box and provide your phone number when ordering, we may send you transactional text messages about your order: an order confirmation, a pickup-day reminder, and arrival check-in responses. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies by order; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Seasoned by P is the sender of these messages. We use service providers to deliver them on our behalf — Telnyx (message delivery) and Stratos Digital (which builds and operates our ordering system) — but the messages are sent by us, from our business, and any reply comes back to us. Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies — there is nothing to opt out of. This site sets no cookies of its own. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookie-free and does not follow you across other sites.

Two essential third-party services may use cookies or similar storage strictly to do their jobs: Stripe (on its secure payment pages, for fraud prevention and processing your payment) and Cloudflare Turnstile (the checkbox that protects our order and request forms from bots). These are required for ordering to work and are not used to track you.

To clear any stored data, use your browser's "clear browsing data" settings for this site at any time.

Data retention

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
